Job hunting as you know it? Broken in so many ways.

  • Many jobs are filled before they’re even listed on job boards.

    If you’re relying on job boards to find your next thing, you’re missing out on tons of opportunities. You have to be more proactive.

  • The ones that are listed don’t show you what you want to know.

    You want to know what the company culture is like, and what your day-to-day responsibilities would be for the role.
