In my last 10 years of working as a construction worker. I've started off as a helper and moved my way up to a foreman in 3 years. Learning how to read prints and how to troubleshoot problem areas, was a challenge but challenges I've learned to overcome by keeping a strong student mentality, clear communication skills, being a team player, as well as learning time management. My duties were, • Keep up with the production schedule. • Keep my team safe and reinforce any and all safety rules. • Communicate with all other trades to ensure job safety and on-time completion. • Coordinate my team and educate on errors that need to be corrected. • Advised contractors if and when blueprints and not adequate.
