Driven, passionate, and innovative - I've developed many skills over the years in endless pursuit to create as a catalysts for positive change for my fellow humans! This has led me to start up a small handful of businesses, self teach myself dozens of skills, and share my experiences and knowledge through written articles, podcasts, and soon my first published book!
I specialize in creative ideas and and sharing those ideas utilizing several types of media. Over the last five years in particular, my focus in performing these duties has been greatly influenced by my work with TSG - A Growth Consultancy - employing high level marketing tactics, and fearlessly championing for ideas I believe in above all else.
As Head of Design and Content for this project, I focused on UX, UI & incorporating company branding in an aesthetically pleasing and memorable way. I was also fortunate to mentor under Marketing & Growth expert, Graham Seymour, for this project.
I created this custom infographic for Gratify.AI, to co-founder James Diecidue's specifications. Upon completion, this graphic was shared on Gratify's official Twitter to drive engagement and help inform new users on the sign-up process.
I designed the logo for "The TAB Project: Next Gen Storytelling For Every Voice".
Due to the nature of my work, it was necessary that I evaluate dozens of Biolink tools, so that I would be more equipped to assist clients with determining the best tool for their needs. I then decided to publish my findings on the company blog, as well as on my own.
Developed and initiated projects including managing costs, schedule, and performance. Collaborated with marketing and design teams to develop and plan site content, layout, and style.
Conducted content audits to identify gaps and redundancies of content.
Promoted new business and expanded firms professional network through attendance and participation in community and industry events.
Improved bottom line profitability by growing customer base and capitalizing on up-sell opportunities. Addressed and resolved business strategy obstacles to inform stakeholders. Sourced and pre-qualified leads and identified new business opportunities by cold calling up to 250 daily outbound calls to build partnerships and achieve sales quota. Delivered prepared sales pitch from script and persuaded potential customer to schedule meetings with my client.
Leveraged Hubspot to manage outcome data, log calls and other activities and generate reporting to deliver actionable insights and develop sales pipeline. Originated and cultivated strong relationships with prospective clients by stratigizing aggressive outbound calling campaigns. Provided information about available products and services including membership details and purchase advantages. Made average of 110 outbound and inbound customer calls per day.
Monitored sales team performance, analyzed sales data, and reported information to area managers. Collaborated cross-functionally with headquarters, regional and other teams nationally to maintain consistent message and experience. Accomplished sales goals and boosted revenue by $50k through product knowledge and customer relationship management. Prepared sales presentations for clients showing success and credibility of Alchemyst brand eJuice.
