This is no ordinary grocery store- Trader Joes is an adventurous culinary experience. Customer success and product knowledge is the key to a thriving environment as a TJ's crew member. As a crew member, every day I have the opportunity to create phenomenal customer service experiences.

I frequently excelled at servicing customers by suggesting new products, offering quick solutions, and having a genuine desire to make the customer walk away with a smile and "Wow, I love Trader Joe's" on their lips.

When 3 of our full-time sign artists left the company I saw an opportunity to become a valuable utility crew member. As a sign artist I worked in a small and agile team environment to provide beautiful and accurate signage for the storefront on a daily basis. As a utility crew member, I have learned how to be a resourceful problem solver ready to contribute to the team.
