For the past ten years, I've worked in customer-facing roles and learned how to provide world-class service. Communicating with customers and teams comes naturally to me.
Right now, I'm learning how to:
I assist Robinhood customers that email support looking for answers. I'm learning how to use Salesforce and Zendesk to deliver responses, and various internal databases to research customer information and proper SOPs.
I maintained the general operations of a small 'locally made' gallery store. I worked closely with the owner and learned about sales, inventory management, and how to do a little bit every day.
If there was something to be done, I did it. From taking out the trash to counting every item in the store, I had a lot of fun making lunch for people. I acquired skills in conflict resolution, inventory management, meeting sales goals, understanding customers, and how to make people happy.
