Hey there, I'm chase byrd
Former US Infantryman & Georgia LEO turned Sales Development Rep.
With Elite Professionalism & Experience in Serving to the Highest Power!
I find great people and connect them with a great product. This all starts with a conversation, where we discuss their goals, responsibilities, and problems or obstacles making their day longer. My only question is-"How can I help?"
I'm a data-driven and insightful sales pro who is passionate about growing teams and dreams. From private start-ups to public Fortune 500 companies, I've grown my skills in lead gen and qualification, ability to use a variety of CRM's and SEP's, as well as how to build and sustain client relations by efficiently managing my sales pipeline. My joy in sales, so far, has been smashing quotas with happy customers.
When I'm not Selling/Advising, I enjoy going out on backcountry, playing with my 3 Amazing Children, and relaxing with my Amazing & Supportive Wife watching classic films (AKA the notebook).

Researched and replicated sales systems from the preHIRED Science-Based Sales® methodology. This process covers the many parts of the sales development process including:
I started my career in Law Enforcement working for Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) where I certified as a Basic Corrections Officer, I quickly gained the title of Segregation Officer where I was tasked with maintaining the housing of inmates in special units separate from the general population. Both for disciplinary and administrative detention. I was allowed to deploy to other facilities to include Marion County Jail located in Indianapolis Indiana to showcase my professionalism and help a facility in need. I then was hired on with the Waycross Police Department where I started my career as a Certified Law Enforcement Officer and was assigned to Patrol. It was also during this time with WPD I was asked to join the Georgia Emergency Management Agency/ Homeland Security (GEMA/HS) Incident Management Type III Team which was tasked with handling the mitigation & support local emergency responders' efforts in Man-Made (Foreign & Domestic Terrorism) and Natural Disasters (Hurricane, Tornado, ETC) After two years I returned to my hometown of Douglas, Georgia and began with the Broxton Police Department & Coffee County Sheriff's Office where my work and skills have led to many Arrest and Aid to the citizens thereof.
Georgia Incident Management Teams (AHIMT) involve the organization and management of a community’s most serious, complex and costly incidents.
These incidents must be managed in a safe and economical manner taking into consideration incident objectives, resource values, social, environmental, and political issues.
The Type III Georgia Incident Management Teams are considered "all hazard" disciplines, as they may be needed for a variety of emergencies or disasters including earthquakes, hurricanes, storms and tornadoes, floods, dam failures, technological accidents, terrorist activities, mass casualty incidents and hazardous materials releases. The events may be slow in developing, as in the case of hurricanes, or sudden, as in the case of earthquakes.
Skills I have learned and implemented apart of the GA IMT are as follows
Incidents/Events my team has been assigned:
The infantry is the main land combat force and backbone of the Army. They are responsible for defending our country against any threat by land, as well as capturing, destroying and repelling enemy ground forces.
My time in the military bestowed upon me an untouchable discipline and drive.
