I have worked at two Chick-fil-A locations over the past 3 years. In that time I have been promoted to kitchen lead as the youngest worker in the kitchen.

As kitchen lead:

  • I consistently produce low speed of service times while achieving optimal labor percentages.
  • I implement systems to boost operation efficiency to provide every guest with an excellent experience.
  • I implement systems to keep the kitchen cleaner throughout the day as well as optimizing closing operations.
