Create a new Airtable base for capturing leads.
Once it's done, go hit LinkedIn or Google and look for a bunch of people with Sales Operations or Marketing Operations titles.
Then go find an Airtable employee with the title "Business Development" and shoot the base you made to them. Ask for feedback. If they offer any, make some improvements to the base.
Then re-share it, and ask if they'd be willing to introduce you (and oh, tell 'em they can keep the leads–they're on the house).
