Go sign up for a one-month free trial. Then create a handful of fake employee data to test out the system (tutorials will help if you need some guidance).
Document the process on both sides (as an administrator and as an employee). Put together some slides explaining what you do/don't like about it.
Then go do a LinkedIn search for employees who work at Gusto with the title "Recruiter" and inMail them with a short message and a link to your pitch.
