Consult with clients about treatments and product lines. Create individual treatment programs and skincare regimens. Perform various laser and light based treatments, as well as radiofrequency based treatments. Call in necessary anti-virals/antibiotics. Conduct treatment follow ups. Chart treatments and document progress with before/after photos. Inventory management as well as social media management. Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
Educate clients about waxing services, products and pre/post care. Perform waxing and tinting services. Upsell services and products. Charting of client notes. Booking appointments, reminder calls, reception and cashiering. Social media and print marketing.
