I started my sales and marketing career at a Dealership in Utah, I got to understand what processes companies put in place to drive sales and make money. There I met a friend who encouraged me to push myself in personal ventures and professional ventures and understand the art of selling. We learned the style of a few different companies and how they operate and in what ways they made money and those experiences helped me to land a job at Pinterest.
Through Pinterest, I was able to understand more about the role that Digital Marketing plays in making sales as well as experience to efficiently operate CRM systems(Salesforce) and Outreach systems(Outreach.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io). With this exposure, I have been eagerly searching for new opportunities to learn and grow, which led me to preHIRED.
PreHIRED has helped me through learning a multitude of different CRM and Outreach Softwares (Hubspot, Interseller, Drift, Seamless, Chorus, etc.). I learned much more than just how to use these different softwares, but a Science-Based Sales®️ Strategy to find and sell to the right contacts.
Account Manager/Customer Success Manager at Pinterest to Retain and Expand advertisers that are currently on the Pinterest Platform. This includes daily processes that include tools like Outreach.io and Salesforce. It also includes keeping up to date on different sales processes that increase the likelihood of closing a sale and maintaining a relationship.
Researched and replicated sales systems from preHIRED’s Science-Based Sales® methodology.
This process covers the following parts of the sales development process: • Prospection - to generate high quantity & quality of sales leads. • Qualification - to ensure alignment between buyer and seller. • Discovery - to dive deep into goals, challenges, and solutions. • Advisory - to uncover value/insight, create urgency, remove barriers, and close deals if there is a mutual fit between the buyer and seller.
Inbound Customer Service to help identify consumer needs and retention. Learned how to both upsell as well as to retain customers by educating them on the product and the use cases in which it would help them.
Sales and Customer Service Agent that is charged with the responsibility of driving company sales and ensuring the security and integrity of the service.
Approved 3rd Party seller of AT&T DirectTV. This was a traditional door-to-door sales job that included the use of in-person sales tactics and product presentation.
Drove Results by setting appointments for Sales Associates on the floor. This was done by an outreach process that included calls, emails, and texts. During my time there I was able to add value to customers who had not yet come in so that they would be more intrigued about the product. With my ability to customize certain templates I was the highest producing CES on the team.
My job was instructing both the Assistant instructors as well as the Students at the Karate Studio. I ran upkeep and management of one of the two studios.
